Safety has always been our #1 goal. We are a family-owned company with families of our own. Safe work environments are of the utmost importance to us and our employees. We want everyone to return home safely to their loved ones.
The majority of our employees have gone through our OSHA 30 hour course, lift training/safety classes, scaffold training/safety classes and CPR training.
To encourage and maintain our high safety standards, we reward our employees for their safe work compliance. We host safety lunches, prize giveaways and awards to our employees displaying our Holian-safety-vision .
